About
As a self-taught, auto-racing enthusiast artist, I started drawing and painting race cars in action in my teenage years. Demands of real life eventually leaded me to a graphic design career until retirement offered me time to get back to painting.
The first auto race that I attended being the 1966 24 Hours of Le Mans, I became a fan of the race and more specifically of the Ford GT40s. I started to draw the cars and build the scale models. I gradually expanded my interest to other significant cars, as long as they had participated in the event, no matter what year it was. With Porsche being the brand that has scored the most victories, it's not difficult to understand why it is also one of my favorite subjects.
